Originally opened in 1979 as Carpet Trends West, the store was a locally owned and operated carpet remnant store. We have been family run by Sonny and Julene Zander and their daughter Nicole since October 10, 1994. After moving to Estes Park in1985, Sonny was a carpet installer for Carpet Trends West for 9 Years before becoming manager in April of 1994. Julene was in childcare and also worked for Pewter By Ricker.
Products and Services have been expanded over the years and in 1998 we became a member of the “Abbey Carpet” group. Which gave us the ability to compete, from a price standpoint, with other stores.
